To all,Our company has updgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 back in July 2015. Everything worked fine, there were some minor stuff but now we are having BIG issues with our HP Designjet 1050C plotters see image.We cannot plot to this printer from Civil 3d, our workaround has been to plot to pdf and send the pdf to the plotter, which works.

Some users are running into scaling problems when doing so.The other thing thats happening is when a user goes to plot we get this message (see none plotter attachment) when they set the plotter to the HP designjet T1100 it always sets it back to none. We have rolled back the plotter drivers to use generic HPGL 2, have uninstalled and re-intsalled drivers, have searched for newer windows 10 drivers, but nothing is working. I take that back when we used the generic HPGL 2 driver the images turn into black blobs on the sheet, no matter if you sent it from civil 3d or a pdf.We have the 2015 Infrastructure Design Suite (premium edition)the computer specs vary but the result is the same no matter how big or small the computer is.Windows 10 pro 64 bit operating systemIntel i7 quad core CPU @ 3.50 GHz32 GB RamNVIDIA GeForce GTX 650thank you in advance,Kris Montoya.
